I got to see you today :):):):) It was so unbelievably amazing no words can describe. Our mums, Sam & Kaylea got to come up today, poor Joey had a sore throat so had Jaspey for me bless her. Sam spent over an hour cleaning his car for the drive up there, it really was a nice drive with such excitement in our bellys to see you & hug u. I walked up to your bed with such huge conflicting, overwhelming emotions, love & excitement. You have been moved on to an acute stroke unit ward now from the ICU, what an improvement in 24hours. Its wonderfully brilliant. You are now on the William Drummond ward. Bed no?? You aisle is called Hasa. Amazing the details I was filled with. You looked so beautiful & I just felt too happy, I kissed you & you straight away said "How is Jaspey?" It is you, gloriously a sleepy you. You had such an exhausting afternoon that you were very tired but so responsive to our questions & talking to us. You straight away said Evelyn will be visiting you tomorrow, you cant wait & this is just so exciting. You said you also have her photo by your bedside & all the nurses comment on how beautiful she is & your tattoo on your hand for her. You were very pleased when Kaylea told you Nick had scored a goal at football today & dedicated it to you. What a sweetheart** Your skin looked radiant & you just looked so well. You were so soft, I couldnt stop kissing you & smiling. To be honest I said to Kaylea after I felt bad as we kept stealing kisses on your lips & you were so tired you were prob too weak to push us lezzogs off haha!! It was too addictive to be able to show u our huge love by giving u the biggest kisses as I didnt wanna hurt you by squeezing you to tight in a big hug. The nurse came over with your evening meal & was stuttering about how it was definitely vegan (she kept sayin vegan like u say vegas, so annoying haha). She just was a bit of a faff bless her & I said I would feed you which u were happy with. It was mashed potato, mushy peas & refried type beans, your on a puree & chocolate diet :) I asked you if it was even nice & you said try it, it actually really was, nice mash to what I had when I was on the maternity ward, round slabs of hard potato hehe. You also had a dark choc provamel yoghurt. You ate well & only fell asleep twice  during your dinns :) You have to have water by sips from a teaspoon but during the meal you took the cup off me to sip yourself, rebel!! Your determination is inspiring & encouraging babe. Me & Kaylea got over half an hour with you & it just felt so so good to be around you, we all miss u unbelievable amounts, it really just made my heart smile. Kaylea also plaited your hair, it such an irritant to you as your warm & its so unkept that its knotting. Your’ll have dreadlocks before long hehe. You were so tired after your meal so our motherlaa's came to say goodbye & then we got to say bye again for more hugs and kisses. Sam tickled your right foot & you waved at us with it, eyes closed, so peaceful. Your left side is not moving at all at the moment but as we said before that will come in time. Your body has achieved miracles in the past day. We are so so proud of you, again will say it, you are the strongest fighter we know & your body is working hard babe, its all in the right direction & everyone is so astounded & pleased with your progress. We got to see Allison as she left & she said you used all your might to argue with her today & got angry at her for not helping you to the toilet. She couldn’t of been more happy to argue with you Carly, it’s a hard one though as we want to comply with any help you want or need but for now you have to abide by your restrictions. Alli was animated in telling us how well you were doing, they are just spilling with love for u as sisters, best friends, soul mates. The first thing you stated to mum was you had to poop in a hat, mum said she thought those ‘hats’ were for being sick in & you said it was a big one. Question-big hat or big poop?? Hehe.  You also are very uncomfortable on the air pressure mattress your on & the blood pressure leg cuffs you have to wear are driving you crazy, very soon darling, they will be off. You have had the breathing tube (endotracheal tube) & the tube that drained fluid from your skull (intracranial pressure catheter) removed as of last night when you were moved to William Drummond ward. Such motivating, remarkable progress sweetpea, so so brilliant. When we got home from London we all went in to your mums to give Evelyn kisses goodnight. She was engrossed in Pip & Kaylea held him with her & then confident as anything she held him alone & giggled away happily. She asked after Sam for a hug goodnight, best buddies those two hehe. I write this tonight with such hope, such awe in your abilities to fight through & such unconditional eternal love for you Carly, my amazing cousin. Love & light honey bee*
